The Effective Use of Light in Composition and Design

The Whistler Art Workshops on the Lake features two to four day workshops from introductory to advanced level instruction in oil, acrylic and watercolour painting. The program is inspired by the beautiful mountain environment of Whistler and Alta Lake Station House, the rustic heritage home located on the picturesque waterfront area of Alta Lake. The workshops inspire creativity, and offer an environment to share ideas and work with fellow aspiring artists. Instructor: Richard McDiarmid. Paint-and-stay packages provided by Nita Lake Lodge.
